Spiritual Statement: I believe that God calls us to care for each other as He cares for us. Relying solely on our own strength is physically and spiritually exhausting and often futile. God uses each of us as vessels to provide comfort and love to those who are hurting. I recognize the power of love and empathy as a source of strength, even when the world around us feels at its darkest. I strive to be an extension of God’s powerful and healing love in each encounter, every day. “Be vigilant and stand firm in your faith. Be courageous. Be strong. Do all things with love.” 1 Corinthians 16:13-14
